Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Most orders are processed and handed off to our carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates are in business days after shipment and do not include weekends or holidays. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, and destination.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by contacting our support team at [email protected] with your order number.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you. Reshipment of returned packages may incur an additional shipping fee. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
- Condition: Products may be returned opened or unopened.
- Refund: Full purchase price refunded to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).
- Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for defective products or shipping errors. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
